I have provider status with all major NSW Health Funds, including Medibank, allowing a refund on your remedial massage consultation - this varies depending on your fund and the level of your cover.
HICAPS for direct rebate on your massage, from some health funds, is available at the clinic. Where the fund does not participate in the HICAPS scheme or for mobile massage, please present your receipt to your fund to claim a rebate.
The clinic accepts cash, EFTPOS, Visa & Mastercard.
Payment for mobile service is cash, cheque or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy: All the therapists at KwNHC will treat you with integrity and respect and would appreciate the same consideration. A minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a clinic appointment is required. Generally, for cancellations within 24 hours or no shows full payment for the session will be applied. For the mobile service, a minimum of 3 hours cancellation is requested.
