Hello and thank you for visiting this site.  I'm Joanne, the Practice Principal, here to help you fix niggles, injuries or imbalances through massage, reiki and pilates. 

A supporter of the philosophy and practice of preventative health, I 'm here to help you improve your body and mind by providing an understanding of your condition and by applying corrective and preventative treatments.  My commitment is to offer you exemplary therapy suited to your current situation: having your body work efficiently will lead to better performance, quicker recovery times and overall increased enjoyment of sport/activity.

Formerly in Milsons Point, I'm currently located in Swansea on the shores of east Lake Macquarie, helping a colleague out who is on maternity leave.  The clinic is convenient to Caves Beach, Blacksmiths, Pelican, Mark's Point, Valentine, Belmont, Cams & Nords Wharf and beyond.

As a graduate of Nature Care College I hold a Diploma of Sports Therapies, a Certificate IV in Fitness Pilates from Australian Fitness Network plus Level 3 (Advanced) Reiki training.  I'm fully insured and through membership of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society, I comply with strict continuing education requirements and adhere to the ATMS Code of Conduct.
